The world can often feel anxiety-ridden, hurried, and pushing the unending to-do list without easing up our daily pace. Pottery has taught me that we desperately need to build a life unhurried. The Ware Project is a commitment to that in my own life.

Each piece I make is for the slower rhythms in your day. These may be found in the morning coffee routine, the chirping birds on the porch, the sunny afternoons in the garden, and the home-cooked meals to name a few. As I am deeply inspired by nature, I see that nature is not rushed; the animals grazing in the fields, the springtime blooms, and the seasonal harvests are all designed to come at a slow, intentional pace.
